What is the procedure for payment of Hissa Jaidad after the demise of a Musi? –
Payment of Hissa Jaidad becomes incumbent immediately after the death of a Musi. If his heirs are unable to pay Hissa Jaidad immediately, in such a case, if they produce a reliable guarantor, Majlis Karpardaz can grant exceptional permission for burial. Such a guarantee, however, shall be valid for no more than one year. It shall be binding to make the full payment within this time.
